Website privacy notice.
A practical notice for this static enquiry website. Iron to Earth should review and approve it before final production publication.
How this site handles information
This website does not use a custom server-side enquiry database. The project brief on the Contact page is assembled in the visitor’s browser and then passed to WhatsApp or the visitor’s email application when they choose to send it.
Information you choose to send
If you contact Iron to Earth by phone, WhatsApp or email, the business may receive the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, project location, photos and project notes. That information should be used to respond to the enquiry, prepare or discuss quotations, deliver agreed services and keep appropriate business records.
Third-party services
WhatsApp and email services operate under their own privacy terms. This website may also be hosted by a third-party hosting provider that processes ordinary technical request data.
Questions
Privacy enquiries can be directed to mike@irontoearth.co.za or 081 733 4571. This notice should be reviewed with the company’s actual internal practices before the site goes live.
